The buying process is a quick and easy one, you will just have to follow the few steps described below.
You can look for the products by using the “Search” botton or by browsing through the product categories in the main menu.
Once the product is found, you choose the color, size and quantity and add the product in your cart.
Make sure the desired quantity is on stock for a fast delivery, otherwise you will have to wait longer to receive it.
You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the “View Cart” button, in the top right corner. This opens the shopping cart page where you can see all the items added or you can remove any if necessary.
After you are done, just press the “Update cart” button and “Proceed to Checkout”.
Enter the user information, shipping details and choose a shipping method if multiple options are available. While we cannot make any guarantees, if you contact us as soon as possible, we will try our best to cancel your order for you before is shipped.
Please note that once your order has been picked up by the courier, we are unable to cancel it.

After you select the products and proceed to checkout, you will be asked to fill in the shipping address and select a shipping method. At this point, a cost for shipping will be displayed based on the information provided.
A confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped out will be sent on your email address.
After your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link that will redirect you to the courier’s page, where you can check the order’s status.

Delivery time varies depending on the following factors:
- Shipping method: depending on the destination country you might be able to choose between Express Delivery, which means shipping by air (plane) and Standard Delivery, which means shipping by road (truck). The first option is faster but more expensive.
- Destination country: shipping to a European country is faster than shipping to a country in the Middle East or Africa, so if you choose Express Delivery this can vary from 3 business (e.g., Germany) days up to 17 business days (e.g., Libya).
- Customs clearance: shipping to a country outside of the European Union territory requires the goods to be declared to the Customs Authority when leaving and entering a country. This often means that delivery time will be extended.
- Type of order: if the products are on stock you can expect the order to be picked up in the next business day after order confirmation. However, if the product selected in an “On demand” option, then you can expect your order to be shipped out later.
